Refund policy

Due to all jewelry being hand made to order from scratch, all sales are final. Earrings may be exchanged within 7 days of being received by the customer. Damaged earrings may be replaced within 30 days of purchase at no extra charge. Earrings and/or jewelry damaged beyond 30 days can be replaced at a set rate and only on a case by case basis. It is very important to me that I honor my work, my business and my bold beauties!
